We offer a range of Botox and Dermal Filler treatment options. Please book for a free consultation to review treatment options. Please note that cosmetic treatments are not covered under your Alberta Health Care plan.

Non-Insured Services

Not all services provided at this office are covered by Alberta Health. For your convenience, we have prepared a list of services and associated fees in accordance with Alberta Medical Associations' governing rules. A more detailed list of additional services is available on request. 

Missed Appointment Fees:
Regular Appointment - $60 + GST
Missed Physical - $150 + GST
Sick Note/Brief Medical Note - $50 + GST
Driver’s Medical  - $150 + GST
Wart Treatments not covered by Alberta Health - $20 + GST
Mole Excision - $200 + GST
Insurance Forms - $100 – $150 + GST
